I am a natural connector, accountable coach, mentor and problem solver, who enjoys making a difference and helping others find their purpose. My sales background and love of learning allows me to help others execute their vision.

I customize my approach to clients through attentive observation of individual styles, active listening, and empathy. Placing high value on continuous improvement and being a curious, life-long learner enables me to inform, teach, and support others. I have taken 20+ years of experience in sales and training, and applied those principles and insights, to help teens and adults gain clarity on who they are and what they do best to equip them to make better career and life choices.
